 Our goal at ZARZO is to give you premium t-shirts and accessories. We recognise that you might occasionally need to request a refund or cancel an order. To learn how we handle refunds and cancellations, please read our policy below.
1. Order Cancellation
– If an order has not been prepared for shipping, it may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
– Please provide your order details to our customer service team at “contact@zarzo.in” in order to request a cancellation.
– Your order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. After you receive the order, you can start the return process.
2. Refund Eligibility
– Refunds are only applicable for:
– Orders canceled within the eligible timeframe.
– Items that arrive damaged or defective.
– Orders with incorrect items sent due to our mistake.
– Refunds are **not** applicable for:
– Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
