1. Processing Time
– Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
– You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs
– We offer standard and expedited shipping options. The available methods and costs will be displayed at checkout.
– Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.
– Free shipping may be available for orders above a specified amount (if applicable).

3. Estimated Delivery Times
– Domestic Shipping Within INDIA:
– Standard: 7-10 business days
– Expedited: 7 business days

4. Order Tracking
– Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
– You can track your order through our website or the courier’s tracking system.

5. Shipping Restrictions
– We currently ship to INDIA.
– Due to local regulations, shipping options may be restricted in some places.
– We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses in some regions.

6. Delays & Issues
– While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, carrier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
– If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
After a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, ZARZO is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Before contacting our support team, please enquire with your neighbours or your local courier service if your package is missing.

8. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
 if an order is returned to us because the package was not picked up or the address was incorrect. Please get in touch with us for help within two days of delivery if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
